LiveChat Starter Kit

I could configure the database and i have added the operators manually in the SQL server Table "LiveChat_Operators" and i colud run the solution successfully but i could only get the "send Email" option but not the "Request Chat" option. can anyone tell me how to make the chat enable.

Hi Charan,

Did you manage to start the operator console with the created operator and set the status of at least 1 operator to Online ? The beta version currently check if any operator is available, if no one is online, the Send Mail form is displayed, if one operator is online you'll get the chat session open.

  Are you able to open the operator console and sign in?

I have fixed the two video showing how to install the September 2007 beta, you might find the answer here, the process of installation is all describe.
